Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No monthly fee, no credit card, no time limit. Your AI takes bookings on your website, Instagram, and Messenger forever. We only take a small booking fee from the deposits your clients pay — most salons pay just a few pounds per booking.
How does the booking fee work?
When a client books, they pay a small deposit to confirm. We take a small cut of that deposit — for example, on a £75 service with a £15 deposit, the fee is just £3. You keep the rest. On Starter, there are no fees at all.
Why do clients have to pay a deposit?
It stops no-shows. Salons that use deposits see up to 80% fewer missed appointments. If a client doesn't turn up or cancels last minute, you keep the deposit. On Starter, you can turn deposits off if you prefer.
What's the 7-day trial?
When you sign up, you get 7 days of the full Starter experience — WhatsApp, reminders, client history, everything. After 7 days, you move to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe. No card needed, nothing to cancel.
When does upgrading make sense?
When your booking fees add up to more than £29/month — usually around 10-15 bookings. Your dashboard shows exactly what you're paying and how much you'd save. Plus you get WhatsApp, reminders, and loads more.
Why isn't WhatsApp included for free?
Running a WhatsApp number costs us money. The free plan works on your website, Instagram, and Messenger — those are free for us too. When you upgrade to Starter, we set up your own WhatsApp number automatically.
What if a client doesn't show up?
You keep their deposit. On the free plan, if a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours, the deposit is yours. On Starter, you set your own rules — choose how much notice you require and what happens when they cancel late.
How do clients pay the deposit?
By card, through a secure payment link. The money goes straight to your bank account via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
